I was one of those kids who read the real estate newspaper while other kids watched cartoons. From decorating rooms for fun to painting the doors of my parent’s house when I was 15, I was already a student of the trade from a young age. I bought my first rental house at 23, started Cummings Nest, and haven’t looked back since. I was made for this.

When I started professionally flipping houses, I discovered a passion for design. In 2018, I began providing design consulting to clients to complement my personal renovation projects. I have a talent for seeing a space's potential and using every inch well. Historical properties and quirky, problematic spaces are of particular interest to me.

I love helping my clients discover what they want in a space and bring it to life. I’m intentional about making a space cohesive in feel and function. Design only works well if it works for you.
